16-Core AMD Ryzen 9 9950X Workstation

This desktop pairs a 16-core AMD Ryzen 9 9950X processor with 192GB DDR5 memory and an Nvidia GeForce RTX 5080 graphics card. A 2TB NVMe SSD and 10TB hard drive provide fast boot and mass storage. Windows 11 Pro comes pre-installed.

Creators needing GPU compute

The 192GB DDR5 kit and RTX 5080 suit 3D rendering, AI training and video editing workloads that exceed typical consumer limits. Buyers who only game at 1440p or need a smaller chassis should consider a less specialised build.

192GB DDR5 at maximum supported capacity

The motherboard supports up to 192GB across four slots, and this system populates every slot. If your applications require more than 192GB of system memory, this platform cannot accommodate them.

Questions about this item

What motherboard and case dimensions does the 360 mm liquid cooler need to clear?

The GIGABYTE X870 EAGLE motherboard and a case measuring 447 x 215 x 469 mm house the 360 mm AIO cooler.

How is the 360 mm AIO cooler mounted, and which step is often missed?

The cooler is pre-installed on the Ryzen 9 9950X; the step often missed is connecting the pump header and routing the 140 mm fan cables to the motherboard.

Which storage drives may need replacement first and what capacities are installed?

The 2 TB NVMe SSD and 10 TB HDD are the primary storage; the SSD typically reaches its write endurance before the mechanical drive.
