Built for heavy multitasking

This desktop pairs a 16-core AMD Ryzen 9 9950X processor with an Nvidia GeForce RTX 5080 graphics card. The system ships with 64GB of DDR5 memory, a 2TB NVMe solid-state drive and a 10TB mechanical drive. Windows 11 Pro is pre-installed and the chassis uses liquid cooling for the CPU.

Stepping up from mid-range workstations

The 16-core CPU and 16GB GPU combination targets creators who hit thread or VRAM limits on 8-core or 12GB configurations. Extra memory headroom and the faster NVMe drive cut compile, render and dataset load times. The jump pays off when timeline scrubbing or batch exports stall on lesser hardware.

Fits a high-power enthusiast build

A 1200W 80 PLUS Gold power supply feeds the CPU and GPU while a 360mm AIO cooler handles processor thermals. The Gigabyte X870 AORUS motherboard provides four DDR5 slots supporting up to 192GB total, three M.2 connectors and Intel 2.5Gb Ethernet plus Wi-Fi 7. The Antec P20 mid-tower case offers front USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C and dust filters on three sides.

Questions about this item

What case dimensions and motherboard clearance does the Antec P20 mid-tower provide for the 360 mm AIO radiator?

The Antec P20 measures 469 mm deep, 220 mm wide and 490 mm high and supports E-ATX boards, giving the factory-fitted 360 mm liquid cooler enough space for top or front mounting.

Which specific cooler mounting step on the AM5 socket is most often missed when fitting the 360 mm AIO?

Builders sometimes forget to remove the protective plastic film from the cold-plate before securing the pump block onto the Ryzen 9 9950X, which prevents proper thermal contact.

What storage drives will need attention first and what are their capacities?

The 2 TB Samsung 990 PRO NVMe SSD and the 10 TB HDD with 256 MB cache are the primary drives; the SSD handles OS and active projects while the HDD stores bulk data.
