Built for Engineering Simulation

This desktop targets engineers and researchers who run multi-threaded CAD, CAM and CAE workloads. The 16-core Ryzen 9 9950X and 32 GB DDR5 deliver sustained compute throughput for large assemblies. A 16 GB RTX A4000 adds certified drivers for professional visualisation. Windows 11 Pro provides the familiar enterprise environment.

Liquid Cooling and 850 W Bronze Supply

A 360 mm quiet-edition AIO keeps the CPU at working temperatures without intrusive fan noise. The Thermaltake Smart 850 W 80 PLUS Bronze unit uses Japanese main capacitors and a 140 mm low-noise fan. Protections cover over-voltage, under-voltage, over-power and short-circuit events. Typical operation stays acoustically subdued under full load.

Mid-Tower Platform with Room to Grow

The Corsair 4000D chassis measures 490 x 239 x 486 mm and offers two 3.5-inch and two 2.5-inch internal bays. Motherboard headers include four SATA 6 Gb/s ports and three M.2 connectors for future storage expansion. Rear I/O supplies USB4 Type-C, 2.5 Gb Ethernet and Wi-Fi 7 2x2 connectivity. Four DDR5 slots support up to 192 GB total memory.

Questions about this item

How do I install the Samsung 990 PRO NVMe into the X870 AORUS motherboard, and what step is often missed?

Insert the drive at an angle into one of the three M.2 connectors, secure it with the motherboard screw, then enable PCIe 4.0x4 mode in the BIOS so the 7450 MB/s read and 6900 MB/s write speeds are active.

What maintenance will the 360 mm liquid cooler need after a few years?

The sealed AIO is maintenance-free for its service life; if pump noise appears or CPU temperatures rise above normal, replace the entire 360 mm unit rather than attempting a refill.

What thermal limit appears first on the Ryzen 9 9950X during long rendering sessions?

The 16-core CPU will hit its 5.70 GHz boost ceiling and then throttle to stay within the 360 mm cooler's capacity, so sustained all-core clocks settle below the peak frequency.
