Workstation with 16-core Ryzen 9 9950X

This desktop pairs a 16-core AMD Ryzen 9 9950X processor with an Nvidia RTX PRO 4500 Blackwell GPU. It includes 64 GB of DDR5 memory, a 4 TB NVMe SSD and a 10 TB hard drive. Windows 11 Pro is pre-installed and a 360 mm liquid cooler handles the CPU.

Suited for CAD, simulation and AI development

The 32 GB GPU memory and 16 CPU cores suit engineers running SolidWorks, CAM or CAE workloads. The 192 GB maximum memory ceiling helps large datasets. Buyers who need multiple GPUs or more than 32 GB of video memory should consider a different platform.

32 GB GPU memory drives model choice

The RTX PRO 4500 provides 32 GB of dedicated video memory, which determines whether large assemblies and GPU-accelerated render jobs fit in VRAM. If your workflow requires more video memory, this configuration will not meet that need.

Questions about this item

Does the motherboard have free DDR5 slots so I can add more memory later?

Yes, the board has four DDR5 slots in total and only 64 GB are installed, so three slots remain open for expansion up to 192 GB.

Will the 2.5 Gb Ethernet port on the rear I/O work with my existing Cat 5e cabling?

The Intel 2.5 Gb LAN is backward compatible and will negotiate the highest speed the cable supports, so Cat 5e will run at 1 Gb without any configuration.

How can I verify the RTX PRO 4500 Blackwell is using its full 32 GB frame buffer after I install drivers?

Open NVIDIA Control Panel, select System Information, and confirm the Dedicated Video Memory line reads 32 GB.
