16-core Ryzen 9 workstation

This desktop combines a 16-core AMD Ryzen 9 9950X3D processor with 64 GB of DDR5 memory and an Nvidia RTX A4000 graphics card. A 2 TB NVMe SSD and 10 TB hard drive provide fast and high-capacity storage. Liquid cooling and a 850 W power supply support sustained workloads in a mid-tower case.

Suits CAD and simulation users

Engineers running SolidWorks, CAM or CAE packages benefit from the 16 cores, 128 MB L3 cache and 16 GB GPU memory. Buyers who need more than 64 GB of RAM should look elsewhere because the board has four slots and supports up to 192 GB. The system includes Windows 11 Pro and Wi-Fi 7 connectivity.

RTX A4000 16 GB GPU decides fit

The professional graphics card delivers 16 GB of VRAM for large assemblies and GPU-accelerated rendering. If your workflow requires more video memory or a different GPU architecture, this configuration will not match those requirements.

Questions about this item

How is the 360 mm liquid cooler mounted on the AM5 socket, and what step do people often miss?

The cooler uses the standard AM5 retention frame; the step many skip is removing the protective film from the cold-plate before securing the four spring-screws in a cross pattern.

Which component will need replacement first, and what is the maximum supported memory?

The 850 W bronze PSU is the likeliest long-term replacement; the motherboard supports up to 192 GB of DDR5 across four slots.

What thermal or power limit appears first during sustained loads on the Ryzen 9 9950X3D?

The 16-core CPU can hit its 5.70 GHz boost ceiling, but the 360 mm AIO and 850 W PSU keep thermals and power within spec before throttling occurs.
