Built for heavy workloads

This system pairs a 16-core Ryzen 9 9950X3D with an RTX 5080 GPU, 64GB DDR5 memory and a 1TB NVMe SSD inside a CoolerMaster HAF 500 tower. Liquid cooling keeps the CPU stable during extended rendering, modelling or AI training sessions. Windows 11 Pro is pre-installed and ready for professional software stacks.

16-core CPU with 128MB L3 cache

The processor delivers 16 cores and 32 threads at a 4.3GHz base clock, boosting to 5.70GHz, with 128MB of L3 cache to accelerate cache-sensitive workloads. This core count and cache size are the primary factors that determine throughput for compilation, simulation and large-dataset tasks.

Motherboard and power headroom

The Gigabyte X870 EAGLE board provides four DDR5 slots supporting up to 192GB total, three M.2 connectors and USB4 Type-C ports. A 1000W 80 PLUS Gold PSU supplies ample overhead for the GPU and future storage expansion. The case includes front 200mm ARGB fans, rear 120mm ARGB exhaust and a dedicated 120mm GPU fan for directed airflow.

Questions about this item

How does the 16-core Ryzen 9 9950X3D behave once it is inside a real machine?

The 16-core processor runs at a 4.3 GHz base and can boost up to 5.70 GHz, with 128 MB of L3 cache to keep modelling, rendering and AI workloads fed with data.

What interface does the 1 TB Samsung 990 PRO use and what speed ceiling does that impose?

The drive connects through a PCIe 4.0 x4 M.2 slot, limiting sequential reads to 7450 MB/s and writes to 6900 MB/s in practice.

What does the CoolerMaster HAF 500 case need to fit the 360 mm liquid cooler and the RTX 5080?

The tower measures 508 mm deep, 203 mm wide and 508 mm high, with front mounts for two 200 mm ARGB fans and a rear 120 mm ARGB fan to accommodate the 360 mm radiator and graphics card airflow.
