Built for SolidWorks modelling

This workstation pairs a twelve-core Ryzen 9 9900X3D running at 4.4 GHz with 128 GB of DDR5 memory and an Nvidia RTX PRO 2000 Blackwell graphics card carrying 16 GB of video memory. The combination targets engineers who run large assemblies and simulation studies in SolidWorks, CAM and CAE packages.

Sustained load behaviour

A 240 mm liquid cooler keeps the processor stable during long renders or finite-element runs while the case uses multiple 120 mm fans and a 140 mm power-supply fan for quiet airflow. The 850 W 80 PLUS Bronze supply delivers steady power through extended sessions without thermal throttling.

Deciding specification

The GPU provides 16 GB of VRAM, which determines the maximum model size and texture complexity that fit in graphics memory. Buyers whose datasets exceed that limit will need a card with more video memory.

Questions about this item

How loud does the liquid cooling and case fan setup run during long SolidWorks rendering sessions?

The CPU uses a 240mm AIO Quiet Edition liquid cooler, and the Antec P10 FLUX case includes sound-dampening panels plus four 120mm fans and a 140mm PSU fan with a low-noise profile.

Does the motherboard provide enough M.2 slots if I want to add more NVMe drives later?

The PRIME X870-P board has four M.2 connectors, so you can install additional PCIe 4.0 NVMe SSDs alongside the factory 2TB Samsung 990 PRO.

Will my older SATA hard drives and USB 3.0 peripherals connect without adapters?

Yes, the board includes two SATA 6Gb/s ports for legacy drives and four USB 2.0 plus three USB 5Gbps Type-A ports for existing peripherals.
