Questions about this item

Will the 360 mm liquid cooler need coolant replacement or pump service?

The 360 mm Quiet Edition AIO is a sealed unit; no coolant refills are required and the pump is rated for continuous operation without scheduled service.

What thermal limit throttles the 24-core Threadripper 9960X during sustained all-core loads?

The CPU boosts up to 5.3 GHz until the 360 mm liquid cooler reaches its thermal capacity, at which point the processor reduces frequency to stay within its thermal envelope.

How loud is the 1200 W 80 PLUS Gold PSU and the 140 mm fan when the system runs all day?

The PSU uses an ultra-quiet 140 mm fan designed for low noise, while the 360 mm AIO and case fans run at reduced speeds under typical workloads, keeping overall acoustics low.
