24-Core Threadripper Workstation

This business desktop pairs a 24-core AMD Threadripper 9960X with liquid cooling, 64GB DDR5 ECC memory and an Nvidia RTX 5070 Ti 16GB GPU. It ships with Windows 11 Pro and a 1200W 80 PLUS Gold power supply in a Corsair 5000D tower.

Professionals needing ECC memory and 10GbE LAN

The system suits workloads that demand error-correcting RAM and high-speed wired networking. Buyers who require more than 64GB of memory, additional GPU slots or a different GPU architecture should consider other configurations.

1TB NVMe plus 10TB HDD storage

The Samsung 990 PRO delivers up to 7450 MB/s read and 6900 MB/s write for active projects. The 10TB SATA drive with 256MB cache provides bulk capacity. Workloads exceeding 1TB of high-speed scratch space will need external or internal expansion.

Questions about this item

What power supply capacity is required to support the 1200W unit and Threadripper 9960X?

The system ships with a 1200W 80 PLUS Gold PSU that powers the 24-core Threadripper 9960X, RTX 5070 Ti 16GB GPU, 64GB DDR5 ECC memory, 1TB NVMe SSD and 10TB HDD without any extra cables or adapters.

Will the TRX50 AERO D motherboard and sTR5 socket accept my existing Threadripper Pro 5000-series CPU?

No. The sTR5 socket and TRX50 chipset are built for Ryzen Threadripper 9000 series processors only; earlier Threadripper generations use a different socket and will not fit or function.

How can I confirm the 360mm liquid cooler is keeping the 9960X at its 4.2GHz base clock under load?

In Windows 11 Pro, open Task Manager or HWMonitor and watch the CPU frequency column — it should hold at or above 4.2GHz during sustained workloads while coolant temperature stays within the cooler’s normal operating range.
