Workstation Core

The Adamant Custom business desktop centres on a 32-core AMD Ryzen Threadripper 9970X running at 4.0 GHz with a 5.4 GHz boost and 128 MB of L3 cache. It targets professionals who need sustained multi-threaded throughput for rendering, simulation or large-scale data analysis.

Build Integration

A 360 mm liquid cooler handles the CPU while a 1200 W 80 PLUS Gold supply powers the Nvidia RTX 5080 16 GB GPU and all storage. The Gigabyte TRX50 AERO D motherboard provides four M.2 slots, eight SATA ports and extensive USB 3.2 plus dual USB4 Type-C connectivity inside a Corsair 5000D tower.

Sustained Load Behaviour

Liquid cooling and a high-wattage Gold-rated PSU keep the 32-core processor and RTX 5080 stable during extended compute sessions. ECC DDR5 memory protects data integrity across long jobs, while the 1 TB Samsung 990 PRO NVMe drive delivers up to 7450 MB/s reads and the 10 TB HDD adds high-capacity bulk storage.

Questions about this item

How far can the 32-core Threadripper 9970X sustain its 5.4 GHz boost before thermal limits engage?

The 360 mm quiet-edition liquid cooler is designed to handle the 128 MB L3 cache workload and keep the 32-core CPU at high frequencies during extended sessions.

What noise and heat levels should I expect from the 1200 W 80 PLUS Gold PSU and 140 mm fan when the system runs all day?

The Thermaltake Toughpower unit uses a Japanese main capacitor and an ultra-quiet 140 mm fan rated for low noise, while the liquid CPU loop and case airflow manage heat from the 32-core processor and RTX 5080.

Which display cables and monitor inputs do I need to use the RTX 5080 16 GB GPU?

The RTX 5080 provides modern display outputs; connect your monitor with a compatible DisplayPort or HDMI cable to enable the 16 GB frame buffer at full resolution.
