Custom Threadripper Workstation

The Adamant Custom business desktop is built around a 32-core Threadripper 9970X processor and 64GB of DDR5 ECC memory. A 16GB RTX 5070 Ti graphics card handles visual compute workloads. The system ships with Windows 11 Pro and a 1200W power supply in a liquid-cooled tower chassis.

Sustained Load Behaviour

A 360mm liquid cooler keeps the CPU stable during extended multi-threaded rendering or simulation runs. The 80 PLUS Gold 1200W unit delivers continuous power to all components without throttling. Dual 4TB NVMe drives maintain sequential read speeds up to 7450 MB/sec and write speeds up to 6900 MB/sec across long transfers.

Deciding Specification

The 32-core Threadripper 9970X with 128MB L3 cache and a 5.4 GHz maximum boost clock determines whether this workstation matches the workload. Buyers who need higher core counts or different CPU architectures should look elsewhere. The sTR5 platform also fixes the memory and expansion ceiling for this build.
