Adams A5 Wireless Gaming Mouse

The Adams A5 is a wireless gaming mouse finished in electroplating black with adjustable RGB streamer lighting. It connects via a 2.4GHz USB receiver and offers a 1600 dpi photoelectric sensor with seven programmable buttons. An integrated rechargeable battery supports cable-free play and silent click switches keep noise low.

Right for RGB fans wanting silent wireless play

This mouse suits gamers who prefer a cable-free desk, quiet switches and customisable lighting effects. The ordinary 100-120 mm shape fits most hand sizes and the four-way scroll wheel adds navigation flexibility. Buyers needing higher than 1600 dpi sensitivity or a wired fallback mode should consider other options.

1600 dpi optical sensor decides suitability

The fixed 1600 dpi resolution is the single specification that determines whether this mouse matches your aim requirements. Competitive players who rely on adjustable DPI steps or higher maximum sensitivity will need a different sensor. For casual gaming and daily work the native resolution is adequate.

Questions about this item

Should I pick the electroplating black or electroplating gray version?

Both versions include adjustable RGB streamer lighting, silent switches and a rechargeable battery; the only difference is the finish colour.

What does the 1600 dpi rating mean during actual use?

The sensor moves the cursor 1600 counts per inch of physical travel, giving a moderate sensitivity that suits 1080p and 1440p gaming without excessive acceleration.

How does the 2.4 GHz wireless link limit performance?

The USB dongle provides a 2.4 GHz connection with a typical range of several metres; latency is low enough for competitive play but the band can be crowded by other devices.
