A 6.69-inch black cable connects USB 3.1 Type-C male to USB 3.0 Type-A female, sold as a five-pack weighing 0.20 lb
This pack contains five black adapters connecting a USB 3.1 Type-C male plug to a USB 3.0 Type-A female port. Each unit measures 6.69 inches in length and weighs approximately 0.2 lb. They are designed to link legacy USB-A devices such as printers, portable hard drives or tablets to newer hosts equipped with Type-C connectors. A three-year limited warranty covers the product.
Builders connecting older USB 3.0 Type-A accessories to a computer or hub with only Type-C ports will find these adapters suitable. The five-unit pack supports multiple simultaneous connections for printers, drives or tablets. Buyers requiring a Type-A male connector or a direct Type-C to Type-C link cannot use this product. The fixed 6.69-inch cable length also limits placement flexibility for setups needing longer reach.
The 6.69-inch cable defines the maximum distance between the host Type-C port and the connected USB-A device. This short length keeps the adapter close to the host, which suits desktop hubs or laptop side ports but prevents routing behind furniture or across a workstation. Buyers needing greater separation between the host and peripheral must consider a different cable solution.

The 6.69" cable requires minimal depth behind the port; allow a few centimetres for the bend radius so the Type C male plug seats fully without stress on the connector.
Insert the reversible Type C male plug straight into the host port until it clicks; forcing it at an angle can damage the connector pins.
Replace an adapter if the Type A female port becomes loose, the Type C male plug shows bent pins, or intermittent connectivity appears with known-good cables.
