Ergonomic Split Design

The Adesso AKB-150UB is a full-size wired keyboard built for users who spend long hours typing and want to reduce strain. Its split key zones and gently sloped shape encourage a natural hand, wrist and forearm position. The integrated palm rest adds further support for extended sessions. This layout suits office workers, writers and anyone seeking improved posture at the desk.

USB Wired Connectivity

A single USB cable provides power and data with no batteries or drivers required on supported Windows systems. The membrane key switches are rated for more than five million keystrokes and deliver a quiet typing feel. Multimedia controls are integrated for quick access to volume and playback functions. The 1.50" x 20.50" x 9.30" footprint fits most standard desk spaces.

105-Key Layout

The keyboard offers 105 normal keys plus 12 function keys in a traditional full-size arrangement. Buyers who need a compact form factor or a separate numeric keypad will not find that here. The fixed USB cable limits placement flexibility compared with wireless models. Windows 2000 through 10 compatibility covers most legacy and current workstations.

Questions about this item

What USB interface does the AKB-150UB use and what does it limit?

It uses a standard USB wired connection that draws power and data from a single port, so no external adapter or battery is required.

What physical space does the AKB-150UB need on a desk?

The keyboard measures 20.50 inches wide by 9.30 inches deep and stands 1.50 inches high, so allow at least that footprint plus cable room.

How is the AKB-150UB set up and what step do users often miss?

Plug the USB cable into any free port; Windows 2000 through 10 will recognise it instantly, but users sometimes forget to seat the connector fully.
