Adesso AKB-160UB Ergonomic Keyboard Black USB RF Wireless

Ergonomic Split Design

The Adesso AKB-160UB is a split ergonomic keyboard designed to promote a natural hand and wrist posture during extended typing sessions. Its gently sloped shape and integrated palm rest provide continuous support for the forearms. The black chassis uses a standard US layout with chiclet-style keycaps. Multimedia hotkeys offer direct access to media controls and common system functions.

USB RF Wireless Connectivity

The keyboard connects via a USB RF wireless receiver, requiring an available Type-A port on the host system. This wireless link frees up desk space by removing a physical cable between the input device and the computer. No mouse is included with this model, so a separate pointing device must be sourced. The unit operates on standard battery power not detailed in the specifications.

For Comfort-Focused Typists

This model suits users who prioritise ergonomic health and a cable-free desktop for general productivity or office work. The split key zones and built-in palm rest target those experiencing strain from flat keyboards. Buyers who need a bundled mouse, a wired connection for latency-sensitive tasks, or a compact form factor for limited desk space should look at something else.
