Docking station for USB-C laptops
The Adesso AUH4060 adds twelve ports through a single USB-C or Thunderbolt connection. It targets mobile professionals who need multiple displays, wired networking and legacy peripherals at a desk. The hub delivers up to 100 W of power delivery to keep the host laptop charged while working.
Replaces single-port dongles and basic hubs
A single 8K display at 30 Hz or dual 4K displays at 30 Hz become possible when the host port supports video output. HDMI adds a 4K 60 Hz option for broader monitor compatibility. The step up is worth it when a user juggles two external screens and needs simultaneous SD card access and gigabit Ethernet.
Driver-free on macOS and Windows
Plug the host cable into a USB-C port that carries DisplayPort Alt Mode; the dock enumerates three USB 3.0 Type-A ports, one USB-C 3.2 port, SD and TF readers at 480 Mbps, and RJ45 Ethernet. Problems usually arise when the laptop port is data-only or when the supplied 100 W adapter is omitted and the laptop draws more than the port can provide.

Keep the card contacts clean and insert cards straight; the slots run at 480 Mbps and have no moving latch to wear out.
