Compact 88-key mechanical keyboard

The Adesso EasyTouch 1100 is a compact 88-key mechanical keyboard aimed at users who want a smaller footprint without losing mechanical feel. It suits professionals and enthusiasts who switch between multiple devices and operating systems. The keyboard supports wired, wireless and Bluetooth connections for flexible use. A dedicated Copilot AI hotkey provides quick access to an AI assistant.

Red linear mechanical switches

The keyboard uses Red mechanical switches that deliver quiet, linear actuation with tactile feedback. Each key press is felt and heard clearly, and the switches are built for durability. This switch type is the main factor in deciding whether the typing experience matches your preference. No other switch options are offered with this model.

VIA software enables easy remapping

VIA open-source software allows straightforward key remapping, macro creation and backlight customisation without complex setup. The keyboard works across platforms via wired, wireless or Bluetooth modes. A common issue is forgetting to switch the connection mode when moving between devices, which can make the keyboard appear unresponsive. Ensuring the correct mode is selected resolves this quickly.

Questions about this item

How does the 88-key layout change daily use compared with a full-size board?

The compact 88-key design removes the dedicated number pad, saving desk space and keeping the mouse closer for gaming or tight workstations.

What does the Bluetooth interface cap in practice?

Bluetooth lets you pair the EasyTouch 1100 with laptops, tablets and phones without a cable, while a wired USB connection is available when latency or charging matter.

What does the keyboard need to sit securely on a desk?

The gray chassis rests on built-in rubber feet; no extra mounting hardware or special surface is required.
