Wireless connectivity and power

The Adesso IMOUSE M300W is a Bluetooth 3.0 optical mouse powered by two AAA batteries. It connects wirelessly to compatible computers at distances up to 30 feet. The glossy white body uses a low-profile design with three buttons and a scroll wheel. It is intended for everyday desktop navigation on supported Windows or Mac systems.

Compatibility and form factor

This mouse suits users who need a simple wireless pointer for legacy operating systems such as Windows XP through 8 or Mac OS X 10.4 and above. Bluetooth 3.0, 2.1, 2.0 and 1.1 hosts are supported. It is not for buyers who want more than three buttons, adjustable sensitivity or a rechargeable power source.

Tracking resolution

Optical tracking operates at 1000 dpi for standard cursor control. The fixed resolution handles routine office tasks and web browsing. Buyers who need higher precision for detailed design work or fast-paced gaming should look at something else.
