Compatible iPad models

The Adesso WKB-7020 is a Bluetooth 5.1 keyboard case built for iPad Air 13 inch (M2/M3) and iPad Pro 12.9 inch (3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th generation). It adds a physical keyboard and integrated touchpad to these tablets, turning them into a mobile workstation. Buyers with other iPad sizes or older generations cannot use this case.

Bluetooth 5.1 operating limits

The wireless link uses Bluetooth 5.1 with a 10 meter operating distance. Range and stability depend on the host device implementation and local radio conditions; walls or interference will reduce the practical distance. The keyboard cannot pair with devices that lack Bluetooth support or that require a proprietary wireless dongle.

Scissor-switch key specification

Scissor-switch keys provide 1.2 mm actuation distance, 65g actuation force, and a 10 million keystroke lifespan. This delivers quiet, tactile feedback similar to a laptop keyboard. Users who prefer mechanical switches, shorter travel, or a different actuation force will find this keyboard unsuitable.
