Suited for Call Centres, Reception and Home Offices

This headset fits agents, support staff and remote workers who need clear voice pickup without isolating themselves from the room. The adjustable noise-cancelling microphone reduces background chatter and printer noise. Buyers who require stereo audio or full ear coverage should consider a different form factor.

USB Plug-and-Play with Inline Mute and Volume

A built-in USB sound chip delivers driver-free operation on Windows, macOS, Linux and Chrome OS. Inline controls let you mute the microphone or adjust volume with one press. The 2.2 ohm impedance and 20000 hertz frequency response are tuned for voice clarity.

Questions about this item

How much does the 136 gram headset weigh on your ear after a full shift?

At 136 grams the single-ear design stays light enough for all-day wear without pressing on one side of your head.

What do I need on my computer for the USB connector to work without extra drivers?

Any USB-A port on Windows, macOS, Linux or Chrome OS is enough — the built-in sound chip handles audio and microphone automatically.

Will the 2.2 ohm impedance cause volume problems with older office PCs?

The low 2.2 ohm load is easy for any standard USB audio output, so legacy desktops and laptops drive it to usable levels without extra amplification.
