Academic Photo & Video Suite

Adobe Photoshop Elements & Premiere Elements 2025 Student & Teacher Edition is a download-only bundle for verified students and teachers in North America. The licence runs for three years and installs on both Windows and Mac OS. It targets learners who want guided photo editing and simplified video creation without a subscription.

Build Fit

On Windows the installer needs an Intel 6th Generation or newer processor or an AMD equivalent with SSE4.2 support, Windows 10 version 22H2 or Windows 11 version 23H2 (64-bit only), 8 GB of RAM and 159 GB of free drive space. Mac requirements are listed separately by Adobe. The download delivery frees up physical media handling and lets the suite sit alongside other creative apps on the same drive.

Upgrade Path

The package replaces perpetual standalone versions of Elements and moves the user to a fixed three-year term with the 2025 feature set. The jump is worth it when AI object removal, depth control, colour replacement and the simplified video timeline are needed for coursework. Buyers who need a permanent licence or who cannot verify academic status should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

What happens after the 3-year term license expires?

The license is valid for three years; after that period the software stops working unless you purchase a new subscription.

How loud or hot does the software make the computer during all-day editing sessions?

The software itself generates no noise or heat; any sound or temperature rise comes from your computer's own cooling system under load.

What proof of eligibility must I already have to activate the Student & Teacher edition?

You must provide valid student or teacher verification as required by Adobe before the product can be activated.
