  • 24 lanyards per box supplies full team or department

Bulk lanyard pack for ID badges

This box contains 24 flat breakaway lanyards in blue, each measuring 36 inches end to end. They are intended for organisations that issue identification cards or name badges to staff, visitors or students on a daily basis. The breakaway clasp releases under tension to reduce the risk of injury if the cord is pulled or snagged. Each unit has a metal clasp for attaching a badge holder or card reel.

Check clasp style and colour coding

Verify that a single metal clasp suits your badge holders; some holders require a split ring or a bulldog clip instead. Confirm that the blue colour matches any departmental or visitor colour-coding scheme already in use. Ensure the 36-inch length is appropriate for the wearers and does not conflict with machinery or safety zones where a shorter drop is required. The pack supplies 24 identical lanyards with no assortment of colours or clasp types.

Metal clasp and flat webbing for daily wear

The flat woven strap lies flat against clothing and resists twisting during extended use. A metal breakaway buckle is designed to separate cleanly when force is applied, then re-engage for reuse. The clasp itself is metal, providing a secure attachment point that resists bending under normal handling. Supplied in a 24-count box with a 90-day limited warranty from the manufacturer.

Questions about this item

What comes in the box and do I need to buy badge holders separately?

The box contains 24 blue breakaway lanyards, each 36 inches long with a metal clasp already attached. Badge holders or card sleeves are not included and must be purchased separately if you need them.

Should I choose the 24-count box or is there a smaller pack available?

This product is sold only as a 24-count box; no smaller pack size is offered for this model.

How does the 36-inch length feel when worn and will the breakaway release reliably?

At 36 inches the lanyard sits at mid-chest on most adults, and the breakaway clasp is designed to release under tension if the cord is snagged or pulled.
