What you get and who it suits

World of Subways 4 New York Line 7 is a downloadable subway simulator published by Aerosoft GmbH. It delivers the complete Line 7 route through Queens and the Bronx with 21 original stations recreated for PC. The Steam code activates on Windows VISTA, 7 or 8 and requires a Steam account.

Build and day-to-day implications

The game ships as a digital download so no physical media arrives; installation begins once the code is redeemed in Steam. Minimum hardware calls for an Intel i5 or comparable processor at 2.6 GHz, 4 GB RAM, and a GTX 560 or comparable Radeon graphics card with DirectX 11 support. Onboard graphics are not supported.

Practical limits of the platform

Activation is blocked for a long list of countries including RU, UA, IR and others, so buyers in those regions cannot redeem the code. The title is locked to the Steam ecosystem and cannot be transferred to another storefront. Storage requirement is 10 GB and a sound card is mandatory.
