Rescue HQ Strategy Game

Rescue HQ - The Tycoon is a strategy simulation where you build and manage a combined emergency station for fire, police and ambulance services. The downloadable PC title is published by Aerosoft GmbH and developed by stillalive Studios, released on 28 May 2019. It is intended for players who enjoy operational planning and resource management in a municipal setting.

Steam Activation and Regional Limits

The game requires a Steam account for activation and installation, tying the licence to Valve's platform and its regional pricing rules. Activation is blocked for a specific list of countries including AF, BY, CF, CD, CU, IR, IQ, KP, LB, LY, MM, RU, SO, SD, SY, UA, VE, YE, ZW and SS. Buyers in those regions cannot redeem the supplied code. No physical media or alternative DRM-free installer is provided.

Installation Requirements and Common Issues

A 64-bit Windows 7, 8.1 or 10 operating system is required alongside a dual-core processor with hyper-threading running at 3 GHz, 4096 MB RAM and a dedicated graphics card with 2048 MB VRAM supporting Shader Model 5.1 and DirectX 11. Integrated graphics typically fall short of the VRAM requirement, causing launch failures or low performance. An internet connection is mandatory for the initial Steam activation and for any subsequent updates.
