Classroom Pencil Sharpener 6 Holes

The AFMAT PSD2PR is a cordless electric sharpener built for classrooms and studios. It accepts graphite and coloured pencils from 6 to 11 mm in round triangular or hexagonal profiles. The purple metal housing contains an industrial helical blade rated for over 10000 sharpening cycles. Teachers and artists who need a single device for mixed pencil sizes will find it practical.

Drop In Charge Sharpen

Place the sharpener on a flat surface insert a pencil into the matching hole and the motor starts automatically. The auto stop function halts the blade when the point is finished and an integrated deburring step leaves a smooth tip. The rechargeable battery allows cordless operation so there is no cable to manage. If a pencil is smaller than 6 mm or larger than 11 mm it will not fit the holes.

Blade Life And Pencil Range

The helical blade is designed for heavy use and can sharpen more than 500 pencils consecutively without pause. After roughly 10000 uses the blade will dull and the unit does not have a user replaceable cutter. Pencils outside the 6 to 11 mm diameter range cannot be sharpened. Buyers who need to sharpen very thin drafting leads or oversized carpenter pencils should look elsewhere.
