What the player is and who it suits

The AGPTEK A53 is a screen-free 64 GB clip MP3 player built for runners, gym-goers and swimmers who want music without a phone. Physical buttons and a play-order slider keep control simple while moving. It weighs 20 g and measures 1.72 inch by 1.46 inch by .7 inch, so it disappears on a waistband or collar.

Capacity and headroom

Internal storage holds roughly 13 000 MP3 tracks or 2 000 FLAC files, with support for MP3, APE, FLAC and ACELP formats. Battery life reaches 21 hours on wired headphones at medium volume, dropping to 9.5 hours over BLUETOOTH 5.3. A full charge takes about 2 hours from the 180 mAh lithium-polymer cell. FM radio adds live content when playlists run out.

Build integration and freedoms

The spring clip attaches to any garment, eliminating armbands or pockets. BLUETOOTH 5.3 pairs quickly and auto-reconnects to the last device, freeing you from cables during workouts. No screen means no glare and no touch accidents when sweating. The package includes headphones, so the unit works straight from the box.

Questions about this item

Will the AGPTEK A53 clip onto the same running waistband I use with my older clip player?

The back clip measures 1.72 inch by 1.46 inch and weighs 20 g (.71 ounce), so it fits most waistbands and clothing edges used with similar clip players.

How can I confirm the Bluetooth 5.3 link is active after pairing?

The player automatically reconnects to the last paired device when both are powered on, giving an audible tone once the link is established.

Does the 64 GB AGPTEK A53 include headphones or must I supply my own?

Headphones are included in the box; no separate purchase is required for wired listening.
