18 Gauge Brad Nails for Nailers

These 18 gauge brad nails are designed for use with compatible pneumatic nailers. The pack contains 5000 plain collated brads measuring 1 inch in length. They suit finish carpentry, trim work and general woodworking tasks.

Collated Strip Format for Fast Loading

The nails are supplied in collated strips that load directly into 18 gauge brad nailers. This format reduces reloading time and supports continuous firing during repetitive fastening jobs. The plain finish suits indoor applications where corrosion resistance is not required.

Suited to High-Volume Trim and Finish Work

The 5000-piece quantity suits professionals and serious DIYers completing large trim installations or cabinetry projects. Users needing shorter or longer brads, galvanised finish for outdoor use, or smaller pack sizes should look at alternative nail selections.

Questions about this item

Do the 18 ga brad nails corrode or need replacing once driven?

The plain steel brads have no coating, so they can rust in damp conditions; keep the 5000 pack sealed until use and avoid exterior exposure.

What stops the 18 ga brads from feeding continuously in a nailer?

Magazine capacity and jam clearance set the practical limit; the collation holds 5000 brads but the gun’s magazine takes far fewer per load.

How much noise or heat do the 18 ga brads add during all-day use?

The brads themselves produce no noise or heat; only the nailer’s compressor and driving mechanism generate sound and warmth.
