Questions about this item

Which pack size of Air Locker 16 gauge straight finish nails should I choose for a large trim job?

The DS16225 comes in a 2500-count pack, so one box covers extensive baseboard, crown or casing runs without reordering.

What does the 16 gauge rating mean once the nails are driven into hardwood trim?

A 16 gauge shank is thick enough to hold dense hardwoods securely yet thin enough to leave a small hole that fills easily with putty.

Are these nails compatible with the standard 16 gauge straight finish nailers used on site?

Yes, they are manufactured to the common 16 gauge straight collation spec, so they feed reliably in any nailer designed for that format.
