A rugged 3-in-1 antenna combining cellular, Wi-Fi and GNSS with 15 ft TNC cables for vehicle mounting
The Airgain Multimax combines one cellular element, one Wi-Fi element and one GNSS element in a single IP65-rated housing. It is built for fleet and public-safety vehicles that need reliable external connectivity without mounting multiple separate antennas. The 15-foot coaxial cables terminate in TNC connectors for direct attachment to compatible vehicular routers or modems.
Cellular performance spans 698-960 MHz at 3 dBi and 1710-2700 MHz at 6.5 dBi, while Wi-Fi covers 2.4 GHz and 5.5 GHz bands at 8 dBi and 7 dBi respectively. GNSS operates across 1550-1610 MHz with 30.50 dBi gain. The unit meets MIL-STD-810G Method 501.5 for vibration and temperature extremes from -55°C to 85°C (-67°F to 185°F), but it is not suited for installations that require SMA or N-type connectors without adapters.
The antenna uses a thread-mount base designed for standard vehicle roof or bracket holes, and the 15-foot cables allow routing through typical cabin entry points. Installers must ensure the mounting surface is flat and grounded for proper sealing; overtightening can damage the housing gasket. The fixed cable length cannot be shortened or extended without replacing the assembly, so measure the route before drilling. Buyers needing a magnetic mount or a shorter pigtail will need a different antenna.

This model comes with a 15-foot coaxial cable on each of the three TNC connectors; choose it when the router or modem sits within that distance of the roof mount.
The cell element delivers 3 dBi at 698-960 MHz and 6.5 dBi at 1710-2700 MHz, while the Wi-Fi element provides 8 dBi at 2.4 GHz and 7 dBi at 5.5 GHz, boosting signal strength for both bands.
Yes, each of the three ports — cell/LTE, Wi-Fi, and GNSS — terminates in a TNC male connector, the common interface for most vehicular routers and modems.
