Ready-to-Use Fly Repellent Fans

The four-pack ships with eight pre-installed rechargeable AA batteries charged to about 70 percent so the units work straight from the box. A USB-A to Type-C cable is included for each fan and the battery compartments are secured with screws to resist moisture. The brushless motor draws five watts and runs silently to keep small flying insects away from food.

Indoor and Outdoor Entertaining

The collapsible design extends to 9.15 inches for table use and folds down to 5.1 inches for storage in drawers or travel bags. A hook on the body allows hanging placement on patios, at barbecues or in restaurant settings. Buyers who need a chemical-free deterrent for larger open areas or who require continuous operation beyond a single charge cycle should consider alternative solutions.

Sustained Operation on Battery Power

A full charge delivers up to 10 hours of runtime from the two AA cells. Fast charging with a compatible adapter takes roughly three hours while standard charging takes about six hours. The minimalist design omits a charging indicator light to conserve energy so the fan maintains consistent airflow throughout the discharge cycle without brightness distractions.

Questions about this item

What power source must I have on hand to recharge the fans after the pre-charged batteries run out?

A standard USB-A wall adapter is required; the box includes a USB-A to Type-C cable for each of the four fans.

Can the folded height of 5.1 inches fit inside the same tote I use for my older 7.56-inch table fans?

Yes, each unit collapses to 5.1 inches, so it will sit comfortably beside or on top of taller fans in a shared tote.

How do I confirm a fan is running correctly once I twist it open to the 9.15-inch height?

The brushless motor starts silently at 5 watts; you will feel steady airflow and see the silver blades spin without any indicator light.
