Purpose & Audience

The Haida NanoPro MC Circular Polarizer Filter #HD3291 is a 112mm camera accessory designed for photographers who need to control reflected light. It suits landscape and outdoor shooters aiming to deepen skies and enrich foliage tones.

Upgrade Context

The ultra-slim 5.2 mm frame prevents vignetting on wide-angle lenses and avoids the jamming common with thicker filters. The jump is worth it when your current filter causes corner darkening or binds in the filter thread.

Build Fit

Ten layers of anti-reflection coating and an additional NanoPro layer protect the optical glass while improving water and oil beading for easier cleaning. The filter threads directly onto 112mm lens barrels, leaving the front free for a compatible lens cap or hood.

Questions about this item

What thread size does the 112mm circular polarizer filter require on my lens?

The filter mounts directly onto any lens with a 112mm front thread, no step-up rings needed.

How do I rotate the polarizer to remove glare without it loosening in its mount?

Turn the outer ring slowly while viewing through the camera; the 5.2mm ultra-slim frame prevents the filter from binding or unscrewing itself.
