The AKNEAR headlamp uses an XH-P90.8 chip rated at 99000 lumens with a beam distance of 1680 metres or 5500 feet. It offers 12 lighting modes covering both spotlight and floodlight patterns, each with five brightness levels plus strobe and SOS settings. A red rear light on the battery box adds constant or blinking visibility for trailing users.

Runtime Upgrade

The 10500mAh battery pack replaces smaller cells that typically last only a few hours on high output. High brightness modes run for 8 to 10 hours while low mode extends beyond 65 hours, and standby reaches 95 hours. The jump is worth it for multi-day trips where recharging opportunities are limited and 25 days of claimed runtime reduces the need for spare power banks.

Fit & Charging

A 125-degree adjustable head unit and padded forehead foam let the lamp sit on a hard hat or bare head without tools. USB-C charging replenishes the pack in 3 to 4 hours using the supplied cable, and the same port can output power to other devices. The IPX-7 rating means the housing survives heavy rain, though the hinge mechanism should be rinsed after salt-water exposure to prevent grit buildup.
