AKOAK Safety Pins XLL001553 19mm Black 1000 Pack

Safety Pins for Clothing and Crafts

AKOAK safety pins measure 19 mm by 5 mm by 1.8 mm and come in a 1000 pack. The black rhodium-plated base metal resists corrosion while staying discreet on dark fabrics. A safety clasp locks each pin closed and covers the sharp point for secure handling.

Everyday Fastening and Organisation

Each pin uses a simple spring mechanism that opens with one hand and snaps shut under the clasp. The 0.74 inch length suits clothing labels, lightweight repairs and paper bundling without adding bulk. Black tone metal blends into seams and hems for a clean finish.

Limits of the 19 mm Design

The short shank and narrow 0.19 inch width restrict use to thin materials such as cotton, silk or card stock. Heavy denim, layered quilts or thick cardboard exceed the pin's reach and holding power. Buyers needing to fasten bulky fabrics or multiple layers should choose a longer pin.
