Akro-Mils 30090BLUE Shelf Storage Bin, Plastic, Blue

Compact shelf bin for small-part organisation

The Akro-Mils 30090BLUE is a blue plastic shelf bin built to hold loose components, hardware or supplies on standard shelving. Its inside length of about nine and three-quarters inches and inside width of roughly five inches suit bins of fasteners, fittings or tools. A moulded-in label area and a label holder keep contents identifiable at a glance. Rated for twenty pounds per bin and a stacking strength of three hundred and ten pounds per square inch, it serves workshops, garages and stockrooms.

Simple placement, no hardware required

The bin sits directly on a shelf or hangs from a louvered panel using the integrated hang slots, so no tools or fasteners are needed. Because there are no divider slots, compartments cannot be added later; plan the layout before loading. The stationary design means it will not roll or slide on a flat surface, but it also cannot be mounted to a wall without a compatible rail system. Ensure the shelf depth accommodates the eleven and five-eighths inch overall length.

Check shelf dimensions and load needs first

Verify that your shelving provides at least eleven and five-eighths inches of clear depth and six and five-eighths inches of clear width per bin. Confirm the shelf material can support the combined stacking load if multiple bins are placed vertically. Buyers who need internal dividers, a lid, or a different footprint should look for an alternative model. The blue colour is fixed; no other finish is offered for this part number.
