Households Using Alexapure Pro

Owners of the Alexapure Pro system who need to maintain contaminant reduction performance will use these replacements. Buyers without the compatible Pro unit cannot install or operate these filter elements effectively.

Questions about this item

Which filtration system is required for the ALEP2387 filters to operate?

These replacement cartridges are engineered exclusively for the Alexapure Pro water filtration system. They install directly into the Pro unit's filter chambers and will not fit other models or brands.

Can I mix the new ALEP2387 cartridges with older filters already in my Pro unit?

Yes. The Pro system accepts up to four filters simultaneously. Adding fresh ALEP2387 cartridges alongside older ones increases flow rate, though each filter still reaches its 5,000-gallon capacity independently.

How do I confirm the ALEP2387 filters are functioning correctly after installation?

Water should flow immediately without any priming step. Verify performance by checking for clear, odour-free output; the media targets 99.9999% reduction of listed contaminants over the rated 5,000-gallon lifespan.
