IP Paging Speaker for SIP Systems

The Algo 8180 is a wall-mounted IP speaker built for voice paging, emergency alerts and loud ringing. It operates as a fully compliant third-party SIP endpoint and draws power over Ethernet. The device integrates with most hosted or premise-based VoIP telephone systems.

Suits campus-wide alerting, not desktop use

This speaker fits schools, campuses and enterprises that need multicast audio across many rooms. Buyers who want a desktop handset, a private office ringer or a unit without PoE cabling should look at other product types.

Third-party SIP endpoint compatibility

The decisive specification is its standards-based SIP implementation, which lets the 8180 register directly to a wide range of VoIP platforms without proprietary gateways.
