Questions about this item

How do I mount the Allegro SCBA bracket and what is the step people often miss?

Bolt the steel bracket to a solid surface using the 12 in width and depth footprint, then snap the 7-1/4 in clip over the 60 minute HP cylinder; the step often missed is fully seating the clip until it locks.

What maintenance or replacement will the bracket and clip need over time?

Inspect the yellow powder-coat finish on the 27 in high steel frame for corrosion and check the 7-1/4 in clip spring tension annually; replace the clip if it no longer holds the cylinder securely.
