Questions about this item

How do I pair the C1 earphones and what step do people often miss?

Open the charging box, select C1 in your device Bluetooth 5.0 menu, and confirm the connection for both ears; skipping the second confirmation leaves one earphone unpaired.

What part will need replacement first and when?

Each earphone holds a 35mAh cell and the case 300mAh; after several hundred charge cycles the earphone batteries lose capacity before the case does.

What limits continuous use before I must recharge?

Talk time and playing time are both rated at 4-5h per charge, so the earphone batteries set the first hard limit under sustained use.
