What this watch does and who wears it

The Et570 is a beige medium smart watch that pairs with Android or iOS phones over Bluetooth. It weighs 150 grams and uses a plastic case with a silicone sport strap. Health tracking, step counting, heart-rate and blood-pressure monitoring, sleep analysis and Bluetooth calling are built in.

Behaviour during all-day wear

Battery life stays under seven days on a full wireless charge so daily charging is not required. The TFT touchscreen responds to touch and button input and the wireless link works up to five metres. Life-waterproof sealing handles sweat and rain but not swimming or showering.

The spec that decides fit

Non-invasive blood-glucose estimation and HRV analysis are the headline health sensors that separate this model from basic trackers. Buyers who need clinical-grade glucose data or medical certification should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

Does the Et570 generate noticeable heat or noise during all-day wear with continuous health monitoring?

The watch weighs 150 g and uses a plastic case with a TFT screen; it has no fan or moving parts, so it runs silently and stays at skin temperature during continuous use.

What smartphone and operating system are required to pair the Et570 for Bluetooth calls and health data sync?

The watch pairs with Android or iOS phones via Bluetooth within a 5 m range; the companion app handles call audio, ECG, heart-rate, blood-pressure, sleep and glucose trends.

Will the Et570’s proprietary wireless charger work with older Qi charging pads I already own?

Charging is handled by the supplied wireless cable only; the watch does not support standard Qi pads, so the included charger must be used.
