Questions about this item

How do I pair the earphones with my phone using Bluetooth 5.3, and what step is often missed?

Open the charging case to activate pairing mode, then select the earphones in your device's Bluetooth 5.3 menu; the step often missed is keeping the case lid open until the connection confirms.

What maintenance will the charging case with its 300mAh battery need over time?

The case's 300mAh battery will gradually hold less charge; expect to recharge the case more often once the combined 36-hour playback span noticeably shortens.

At what point does the 10mm driver reach its limit during a long listening session?

The 10mm driver handles up to 6 hours of continuous playback per charge before the 30mAh earphone battery depletes and output stops.
