An 8-port unmanaged Gigabit switch with 10/100/1000Base-T ports and an external power supply
The Allied Telesis AT-GS910/8E-10 is an eight-port 10/100/1000Base-T unmanaged Ethernet switch. It provides plug-and-play connectivity for small offices, home networks or edge deployments that need simple Gigabit uplinks without configuration overhead.
A compact metal enclosure supports wall mounting to save bench space in wiring closets or cabinets. An external power adapter keeps the switch body lightweight at 2.54 kg and simplifies replacement if the supply ever fails.
The switch operates at Layer 2 and auto-negotiates 10, 100 or 1000 Mbps on every port. Buyers who need managed features such as VLANs, QoS or SNMP monitoring should look at a managed model instead.

Each of the eight ports auto-negotiates up to 1000 Mbps full-duplex, so the practical ceiling is 1 Gbps per port.
The switch includes keyhole slots for wall mounting; allow enough space for the external power adapter and cable routing.
Plug the supplied US power adapter into the DC jack on the switch, then into a grounded AC outlet; the step often missed is securing the adapter so its weight does not pull the jack loose.
