Liquid-tight flexible conduit with a 0.622 in. inside diameter, 100 ft length, and CSA/UL ratings for oil and UV resistance

  • Product typeConduit & Raceways
  • Liquid-tight protection for wet locations with UL and CSA approvals
  • Flexible PVC jacket resists oil and UV exposure for outdoor durability
  • 622 in inside diameter fits 1/2 in trade size wiring systems
  • Operates from 0 to 140 °F across seasonal temperature swings
  • 100 ft coil provides ample length for extended conduit runs

1/2 in liquid-tight conduit

This flexible non-metallic conduit carries a 1/2 in trade size with a 0.622 in inside diameter and a 0.84 in outside diameter. It is rated for liquid-tight installations and meets CSA and UL approval standards for electrical raceway use.

Flame-retardant PVC jacket

The black PVC jacket is flame retardant and provides oil and UV resistance for harsh environments. It operates continuously from 0 to 140 degrees F and maintains a 1 in bend radius for routing in tight spaces.

100 ft coil for field cuts

Supplied as a 100 ft coil, the conduit is cut to length on site with standard tubing cutters. The flexible PVC construction eases pulling through bends, though the 1 in minimum bend radius must be observed to avoid kinking or jacket damage.

Questions about this item

How often should the PVC jacket be inspected for UV or oil damage during long-term outdoor runs?

The flame-retardant PVC jacket is rated UV and oil resistant for continuous exposure, so routine visual checks once a year are sufficient unless the conduit sees extreme chemical splash or direct abrasion.

At what temperature does the conduit risk losing flexibility during sustained high-heat operation?

Maximum operating temperature is 140 Degrees F; above that the PVC may stiffen and the liquid-tight seal can degrade.

How much heat does the conduit itself add when it carries conductors at full load all day?

The conduit adds no measurable heat; it simply contains the conductors while its 0.84 in outside diameter allows normal convection cooling.
