10GBASE-T SFP+ Copper Transceiver

This module provides a 10GbE RJ45 connection inside an SFP+ cage. It is designed for network engineers and system integrators who need copper uplinks on switches or servers equipped with SFP+ ports.

Hot-pluggable SFP+ MSA form factor

The transceiver draws up to 2.5W and operates from 0 to 70C. A metallic enclosure limits EMI while the two-wire serial bus exposes the PHY registers. It fits any SFP+ slot that accepts the MSA footprint and supplies the required power.

Replaces fixed RJ45 10G ports

Use it when a chassis only offers SFP+ cages but the link must run over Cat6a or Cat7 copper up to 80m. It is not for deployments that require longer reach or fibre media.
