The cold plate uses 147 fins over a 42 x 58.6 mm area optimised for large processor dies.

This block targets builders using Intel LGA 2011, LGA 2066 or LGA 3647 platforms plus AMD Threadripper TR4, TRX40 and SP4 sockets. It provides two G1/4 threads for standard fittings.
