Product Identity

The Alphacool sleeve is a PU-leather protective cover cut exclusively for the 14 inch Lenovo IdeaPad 5 2-in-1 models 14Q8X9 14AHP9 14IRH9 and 14IRU9. It weighs .45 kg and measures 325 by 235 by 26 mm with a canvas-texture exterior and microfiber lining.

Who It Suits

Owners of the listed IdeaPad 5 2-in-1 variants who want scratch protection and a side elastic band for a stylus will find the fit precise. Buyers with any other laptop model, including other 14 inch Lenovo devices, cannot use this sleeve because the cut-outs and magnet placement are model-specific.

Installation Notes

The two-piece design snaps on with a hidden centre magnet and elastic side band; no tools are required. The added 26 mm thickness prevents the hinge from folding a full 360 degrees, and the magnet is not strong enough to hold the halves together as a rigid shell.

Questions about this item

Will this sleeve fit my Lenovo IdeaPad 5 2-in-1 14IRH9?

Yes, it is made for the 14 inch Lenovo IdeaPad 5 2-in-1 models 14Q8X9, 14AHP9, 14IRH9 and 14IRU9 only.

Can I still fold the laptop 360 degrees with the case on?

The cover is 26 mm thick, so it no longer directly supports full 360 degree folding.

How do I know the magnetic closure is aligned correctly?

The hidden magnet sits in the centre and the edges extend 2 to 3 mm past the laptop for a secure fit.
