Alphacool 45° rotatable G1/4 adapter

This high-end Eiszapfen fitting provides a 45-degree angled connection between a rotatable G1/4 external thread and a G1/4 internal thread. It is designed for custom water-cooling loops where standard straight fittings cannot be used due to limited clearance. The rotatable design allows precise alignment without stressing tubing or adjacent components. Deep black finish matches stealth-themed builds.

Sustained flow and seal integrity

The adapter maintains high flow rates under continuous pump pressure thanks to precision-machined threads and quality O-rings. The specialised coating process bonds the deep black finish to the base material, preventing peeling or colour degradation over years of coolant exposure. Included coloured O-rings retain their hue under UV lighting without fading. The secure thread engagement resists loosening from vibration or thermal cycling.

Brass construction with protective coating

Each port features the Alphacool logo and is finished in matte deep black for a uniform appearance. The rotatable external thread simplifies installation in tight spaces where ports sit close together. Three coloured O-rings are included for customisation or UV reactivity. This single adapter suits builders needing one angled connection; loops requiring multiple bends will need additional fittings.

Questions about this item

How much heat or noise does the 45° rotatable G1/4 coupling add when the loop runs continuously?

The brass adapter is passive and has no moving parts, so it adds no measurable heat or noise to a running liquid-cooling loop.

What thread size must my existing blocks or radiators have for this 45° rotatable fitting to connect?

Both ports use standard G1/4 threads — one male rotatable, one female — so any component with a G1/4 port will accept it directly.

Will the 45° rotatable G1/4 adapter work with older chrome-plated fittings already in my build?

Yes, the deep-black coating is bonded to the brass base and the included coloured O-rings seal against any G1/4 port, including legacy chrome parts.
