High-end Eiszapfen fitting for 13mm HardTube

The Alphacool Eiszapfen 1011191 is a premium G1/4 compression fitting designed for custom liquid-cooling loops. It connects rigid tubing with a 13mm outer diameter to components using a standard quarter-inch thread. The knurled nut allows secure hand-tightening without tools.

Knurled nut and coloured O-rings included

A slanted nut profile presses the O-ring firmly against the tube for a reliable seal that resists vibration during transport. The package supplies O-rings in three colours, enabling visual coordination or UV-reactive effects. A specialised coating process bonds the black finish to the metal, preventing chipping or peeling over time.

Single fitting for one tube-to-component joint

Each unit provides one connection point, so a typical loop requires multiple fittings for radiators, blocks and reservoirs. Builders using tubing with a different outer diameter or a non-G1/4 port will need alternative connectors. The high-flow internal geometry minimises restriction within the loop.

Questions about this item

Will the 13 mm O-rings need replacement after long use?

The O-rings seal against the HardTube; they can be swapped if they harden or leak.

What limits the flow rate of the 13 mm Eiszapfen fitting?

The 13 mm inner bore sets the maximum flow; tubing and pump determine the rest.

Does the black coating on the 1011191 fitting resist heat from coolant?

A special process binds the coating to the surface, preventing chipping or peeling.
