Retro Manga Keycap Set

The Alphacool Retro Manga keycaps bring a Japanese comic aesthetic to mechanical keyboards. A full 141-key set covers 60%, 65%, 75%, 95% and full-size layouts including 61, 87, 104 and 108-key boards. Thick PBT plastic with dye-sublimated legends resists wear and fading. Cherry-profile sculpting suits typists and gamers who want a distinctive look.

Puller and Layout Coverage

The bundle adds a single keycap puller so you can swap sets without improvised tools. Included 1.75u, 2u and 2.75u shift keys plus a 7u spacebar handle non-standard bottom rows found on many compact boards. ISO and ANSI enter keys are both present. No keyboard, switches or stabilisers are supplied.

Straightforward Swap With Fit Checks

Installation is a direct pull-and-press job using the provided puller. The set targets Cherry MX, Gateron and compatible cross-stem switches. Builders with optical, low-profile or box-stem switches will find the stems incompatible. North-facing LEDs may interfere with the Cherry-profile tops on some boards. Verify your bottom-row sizing before ordering.

Questions about this item

How long before the dye-sublimated legends on these 141 PBT keycaps start to fade?

The dye-sublimation process embeds the manga artwork into the thick PBT material, so the legends resist wear and colour fade for the life of the keycaps.

Which stabilised keys in the 141-key set determine whether it fits my 75 % or 95 % layout?

The set includes 2.75 u, 2 u and 1.75 u shift keys plus a 7 u space bar, covering the non-standard sizes used on 60 %, 65 %, 75 % and 95 % boards.

Do the thick PBT caps change the sound or heat of Cherry MX or Gateron switches during all-day typing?

Thick PBT adds mass and dampens high-pitched clack without affecting switch thermals; the Cherry profile keeps finger contact area large for comfort during extended sessions.
