Questions about this item

What does the 96 kHz / 24-bit processing mean for sound quality in the car?

The processor handles high-resolution audio up to 96 kHz sampling and 24-bit depth, preserving detail that standard 48 kHz systems discard.

How many channels does the built-in amplifier provide and what does that allow?

Eight channels of amplification let you drive front, rear and subwoofer speakers independently without extra amps.

How much depth does the SS-SB12 enclosure need behind the mounting surface?

The shallow enclosure requires only 5.25 inches of mounting depth, fitting behind many rear seats or in tight cargo areas.
