The AlpsWolf T80G combines flashlight, lantern, spotlight and emergency red strobe modes in a single green unit. It delivers 800 LM output with a 1640 ft beam distance for versatile outdoor lighting. The IP65 rating protects against rain and snow during hiking or power outages. A built-in strap and tabletop mount allow handheld or hands-free use.

Thermals Noise and Power Draw

The 3600 mAh rechargeable battery reaches full charge in 3 hours and runs up to 12 hours per cycle. Rated cell life spans 50000 hours for long-term reliability. The unit operates silently with no moving parts and produces minimal heat during normal use. It also functions as a power bank to charge a mobile phone in emergencies.

Build Integration and Practical Constraints

Weighing .8 pounds, the light fits easily in a backpack or glove compartment for grab-and-go readiness. The IP65 housing and integrated strap suit wet campsites, roadside repairs and home blackout kits alike. It requires only a standard USB charger to replenish, freeing you from disposable cells. Questions about this item

How do I mount the lantern on a tabletop and what step do people miss?

Extend the built-in tabletop mount legs fully until they click into the locked position; the step users skip is not securing the latch, so the lantern tips over on uneven ground.

What maintenance will the 3600 mAh battery need and when?

The sealed 3600 mAh cell is rated for 50000 hours of LED life and requires no user maintenance; if runtime drops below the 12-hour spec, the whole unit must be replaced.

At what point does the IP65 rating become the limiting factor during sustained outdoor use?

IP65 protects against water jets and dust, but continuous submersion or high-pressure washing will breach the seals first, so avoid immersing the lantern even though it handles rain and splashes.
